Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made through the website www.muoiatelier.com. Before accessing or using this website, please read these terms carefully. By placing an order on www.muoiatelier.com  you agree to the terms below.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Processing the order and preparing it for safe shipment takes 3-6 days. Delivery time depends on your location and ranges from 2 to 12 working days. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Delivery and Shipping

Muoiatelier.com offers delivery via Packeta within Slovakia. If you wish to send an order to another country, please contact me at: info@muoiatelier.com. 

After confirming the order, processing and preparing it for dispatch takes 2 - 5 working days. Delivery time varies depending on the location and can take 2 - 12 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number. 

All orders are hand-packed and shipped via Packeta to the nearest postal pickup point or delivered to your home. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We use recycled packaging materials as much as possible.

Shipping Costs

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Shipping costs are included in the price. 

Custom duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in the price. If you order from outside the EU, you may incur additional customs fees, taxes, and duties in the destination country. Muoiatelier is not responsible for these charges or fees imposed by customs authorities.

Prices and Payment Methods

Prices listed on the website include VAT. 

Muoiatelier offers the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer in advance
• Credit card payment in advance via Stripe
• Cash on delivery when picking up the order in person at the studio (an invoice will be sent to you) 

Card payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card information is transmitted using a secure TSL protocol (encrypted data transfer between the client and the store). Stripe guarantees the security of all transactions on this website

Returns and Refunds

Muoiatelier offers a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. 

➡ If you want to return a product, contact us via email at info@muoiatelier.com 

➡ The product must be undamaged, unused, and clean. 

➡ If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the package back. 

➡ Muoiatelier is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Before sending the returned shipment, please inform us of the tracking number via email at info@muoiatelier.com. The product must be well-packed in its original packaging to prevent damage. 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase.

Complaints and Damage

➡ All goods are insured during shipping. 

➡ If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@muoiatelier.com and include photo documentation of the damage.

Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher is a valuable item, and its form, nominal value, and usage method are determined by Muoiatelier.com. 

Using a gift voucher: 

➡ The gift voucher is transferable and can be used by any individual. If the voucher is issued to a specific name and the person cannot use it for various reasons, another person may use the voucher. 

➡ The gift voucher can be used to pay for services offered, which correspond to the type of the gift voucher or other specifications listed on the gift voucher. 

➡ Using the gift voucher will involve paying for a service where the nominal value of the gift voucher matches the price of the service offered by Muoiatelier by entering the valid voucher code at checkout. 

➡ The gift voucher is no longer valid after its expiry date. The holder of an unused gift voucher after the expiry date is not entitled to financial or any other compensation. 

➡ The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other services in Muoiatelier's current offer than those listed on the voucher.

Course Entry Information

Entry to the course is allowed only with a pre-purchased ticket — either a single-entry pass or a 5-entry membership.

After purchasing the entry, it is necessary to book a date through the reservation form on the website and select from the available dates listed at www.muoiatelier.com.

Once the course payment is credited to our account and we receive your reservation email with a specific date, we will confirm your spot via email.

The number of participants per course is limited to 8 people.

Each course entry includes all the necessary modeling materials: clay, tools, apron, glaze, and two kiln firings. The price also covers refreshments in the form of either plain water or tea.

For single-entry participants, a specific date will be arranged to collect their finished products. These items will be glazed inside with transparent glaze by me and already fired.

For long-term courses, participants will clean their pieces during the next session and glaze them themselves after the first firing.

Membership Cards

➡ When purchasing a membership card – 6 or 10-entry (with each entry lasting 2 hours), you can reserve your place on the course via the reservation form, with course dates published on the website. 

➡ The validity of the membership card depends on the chosen type and will be clearly indicated on the card. 

A 6-entry membership card is valid for 6 months, and a 10-entry card for 10 months, starting from the day of payment for the membership card. Muoiatelier is not responsible for unused membership cards after their validity has expired. Muoiatelier does not refund unused hours, and after the expiration of the membership card, the client's right to a refund or extension of validity expires. Muoiatelier is not obligated to notify the client that the membership card's validity is ending.

Colors and Shapes

All ceramic pieces are hand-modeled by Lucia Okániková. Each piece is created from stoneware or porcelain clay (as stated in the product description) and has a unique character. 

Due to the handcraft process, all products are unique and may have small imperfections, adding to their authenticity. 

Product photos on the website are meant to capture their true colors as accurately as possible, but there may be slight color variations depending on your device and browser settings.
